How do I claim Warranty?

Most Decathlon products offer a 2-year warranty while some offer a 5 - 10-year warranty. The warranty holds if the products are used within the prescribed norms. To know if your product is eligible for warranty CLICK HERE

1. For products bought from the Decathlon store: Claiming a warranty for products bought from the store can be done by visiting any Decathlon store in India. We request you to kindly provide your contact number or email ID that you provided at the time of purchase and our store representative checking the product will help you with refund/replacement of the same. 2. For products bought online from the Decathlon App/Website: For claiming a warranty for products bought for the Decathlon App/website:
i. You can visit your nearest Decathlon store and provide your order ID to the store representative. Once the product is checked for any manufacturing defect the request for a refund will be initiated by the store and the amount will reflect in your account within 7-8 working days.  
ii. You can drop a mail on care.india@decathlon.com along with the images of the product and order ID and once checked, our User Happiness Team will guide you with the further steps for warranty approval.
