  • Log into your account on the marketplace platform
  • Go to "Order History" or "My Orders" 
  • Follow the steps to initiate a return or warranty claim. 
  • Provide necessary details and documentation as requested by the platform. 

The marketplace team will coordinate with Decathlon's business team to resolve the issue.
